Abstract: | This thesis reports our study of the functional connectivity in the brains of subjects with Essential tremor and Parkinson's disease. The aim was to investigate differences in connectivity between these two subject groups and to compare the results of different connectivity measures. Furthermore, if differences were found, the aim was to investigate if they could be used in clinical practice. We investigate if it is possible to construct a test that can correctly classify patients based on one of the connectivity measures. |
