Abstract:
The present study adds arousal to the traditional measures being used in leadership research and developed a systematic to enable scholars to use this possibility. The conclusion of this study is that leaders who are actively and emotionally involved in a meeting, especially during transformational behaviors, are more effective and greater follower satisfaction with the leader is shown. A large portion of the variance in leader effectiveness can be explained by highly aroused transformational leader behavior.
