Abstract: | This research aims at the development and simulation of a new on-demand transport system using predetermined stops. In contrast to existing systems, our model operates in a relatively small service area. We assume that customers currently traveling within the service area are going to use the new on-demand public transport. In our research we formulate a new approach in handeling a travel request of a customer. Finally we simulate our new approach, to find out how the new approach performs.
