| Abstract: | The laboratories and the pharmacy of Deventer Hospital are closely located to each other within the hospital and all of them organize their logistical services themselves. The core problem is that the current logistical services are not organized efficiently and there is need for service improvement. However, it is unclear how this can be realized and what performance can be expected. |
