Abstract: | Since, financing is a vital element of every social venture’s structure, my research will seek to investigate how a social enterprise secures its funding by answering the following questions: How does a social enterprise operate, which are the most pressing problems and difficulties and how does it manage to survive as a social enterprise? To conduct research on these issues, the single case study of the German social enterprise “S.I.G.N.A.L.” gGmbH will be analysed. “S.I.G.N.A.L.” operates in the field of labour market policy. The purpose of this paper is to do research regarding the issue of securing resources. The research will be conducted with the methodic procedure of Desktop Research, Analysis of the organization´s documents, and expert interviews. The analytical approach and organizational theory will be applied. |
