Changing failing to plan into planning to be sucessful

This research is conducted by a project organisation that delivers complex hydraulic systems. The field of research is planning and all planning related processes. The aim of this research is to gain insights about the current planning process, to investigate what the desired situation is, and to investigate what improvements should be done to use a multi-project planning tool in the future.
