Abstract: | In urban planning projects, decision makers organize multi-stakeholder meetings to align stakeholders' judgments. A common problem of these meetings is that not all participants have the necessary knowledge to to decide or evaluate planning alternatives. Visualization and Simulation (V&S) tools (like traffic flow simulations of or construction schedules) help to generate this knowledge quickly and effectively within such meetings itself. However, V&S tools only work well with good input data (enough data ana qualitatively good data). Important inputs for V&S tools are the geospatial data and stakeholder indicators for scenario evaluation. |
