Development of a Reliable Prediction Method for Urgent Infra-Failure Recovery Times at ProRail B.V.

In this report we develop a method to reliably predict the failure recovery time of a urgent infra-failure at ProRail B.V. By a careful analysis, evaluation and application of several prediction methods we select the best method/combination of methods. These eventually result in the model suitable for a reliable prediction. During this report, we also apply the model in practice and it is evaluated by the actual users of the tool.
