Abstract:This research is a case study of the doping issues in the professional world of cycling from an public administration perspective. Performed four selected cases the role of administrative matters on doping usage in teams is researched from two perspective, the enforcement perspective and the participations from stakeholders. Especially the professionalism and extent of delegated independencies through the WADA implementations in the enforcement process turned out to be highly related to the doping usage.
