Conditions supporting Entrepreneurial Leadership

The study consists of a qualitative content analysis in which entrepreneurial leadership literature and data of 85 interviews are analysed. The research goal was to fill the existing literature gap about conditions that support entrepreneurial leadership. The study found 11 conditions divided over three levels (macro - external, meso - organisational, and micro - human capital) that support entrepreneurial leadership.
