Sustainable banking business models

The extent to which sustainability is integrated into the business models of 3 Dutch banks is analyzed. Also, the business models of loans provided to SMEs, by the 3 Dutch banks, are described. Recommendations for future research are given on how to integrate sustainability elements into the business model canvas. Also, the 4P framework is used to analyze the sustainability.
