| Abstract: | The aim of this research was to gain insights in how the acceptance of an online service to screen for frailty among older adults between the age of 65 and 75 could be maximized. To research how to increase the acceptance of the telemedicine service two aspects are identified as important factors: the acceptance of the system, and the acceptance of the information. This study gives insight in the preference of users for certain types of information. It also indicates how to make a system more usable and user-friendly. These aspects are often lacked in current telemedicine applications. With the new information gathered by this research, telemedicine applications can be improved and the acceptance of those systems will increase. |
