Thales introduces a new type of after sales service: Service contracts. In this assignemnt I design a supply chain control tower that will help Thales, by increasing the supply chain visibility of their new after sales service. First I will determine what a supply chain control tower is and what information is needed to create one. Then, I will design a control tower model and give Thales advice about how they can implement it in their new supply chain.
