| Abstract: | In organizing care processes, a balance needs to be found between available and required resources. In an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the demand for beds is a difficult to estimate factor, which makes it hard to estimate required nursing staff. With the use of research techniques, we analyse different staffing policies. |
