Abstract:A study on the execution of culture education at the Kottenpark to reinforce the culture education curriculum is performed. A description is made of the curriculum representations by the reflection of culture education in curricular documents, the perception of teachers on the curriculum and the experience of students. Furthermore, a description of curricular spider-web topics in the culture curriculum and reinforcement of these topics is made. It is concluded that culture in the school is visible and a priority among all stakeholders, however, improvements regarding the implementation of the curriculum need to be made, especially in visibility, communication, and collaboration between stakeholders.
