Abstract: | In the last years there has been a development in the transparency of quality of care in hospitals. Hospitals register a lot of quality data, to improve quality of care and to provide insight into quality of care to patients, insurers and the government (healthcare inspection). Hospitals have to development a quality system for systematic monitoring, control and improvement of quality. The aim of this research is to provide insight into the use of quality data and attitudes and needs for working according to the quality system of different groups of healthcare professionals working at Gelre ziekenhuizen. There will be analysed what quality data can be displayed on which way, to improve the visibility and usability of it, so that this data can be used for quality of care improvement. |
