| Abstract: | This thesis conducts empirical research about the impact on shareholdings of the institutional investors in China (specifically the social security fund) with its holding companies’ accounting information and market performance information. The research has found that, both accounting information and market performance information of the company are strongly correlated to the institutional investors shareholding. |
