| Abstract: | This research focuses on identifying and assessing interventions that improve the operational performance of the plaster room in the Sint Maartenskliniek (SMK) in Nijmegen. The SMK is currently the leading hospital in the field of posture and movement in the Netherlands and Europe. To maintain this position, the SMK invests in research that improves the logistics of the care process of the hospital. With this research the SMK wishes to improve the operations in the plaster room. |
