| Abstract: | In this study, the Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis at Grolsch has been improved. This has been done by reviewing the analysis itself. That is, the risk tables and the level of the criticality analysis were overlooked and better grounded using company goals. Furthermore, the analysis has been made more objective by eliminating vaguenesses and giving standards. |
