| Abstract: | Although information and communication technologies, such as social networking sites (SNS), became an important contributor to the success of marketing strategies in Western societies, skills necessary for professional use of these sites are not well studied.This study approaches the SNS skills among communication professionals by developing a new scientific model in order to give instructions to unlock the full potential of social media marketing. |
