| Abstract: | Bedrijf X had geconstateerd dat de doorlooptijd van hun productie langer was dan dat zij naar klanten communiceren. In dit onderzoek is gezocht naar oorzaken van deze langere doorlooptijd. Vervolgens zijn er voor deze oorzaken oplossingen gegenereerd. Tot slot worden er aanbevelingen gedaan aan Bedrijf X met betrekking tot verbetering van het productieproces. |
