Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is investigation into deadlocks between free trade agreements. Deadlock in this case as a “situation, typically one involving opposing parties in which no progress can be made” To explore these deadlocks the thesis uses the case between European Union and India. Using a document analysis and applying them to the situation to create solutions. Whilst the current status of EU and India negotiations is deadlock, attempts have been mad to reach an agreement. However for a complete resolution it is important to conduct further talks to arrive at an appropriate solution. |
