| Abstract: | The goal of this research is to analyze the current transportation processes of materials and identify and prospectively assess ways to establish collaboration between ZGT, LabMicTA, LabPON, and Medlon to lower costs and provide a higher level of service. To answer this question, all demands by the organizations regarding the transportation of materials were collected. Various interventions were proposed and tested using an insertion-construction heuristic to completely rebuild the regular routes of the organizations. The results showed that there is room for improvement in the regular transport of the organizations. Multiple scenarios for collaboration are proposed and elaborated. |
