| Abstract: | In this report process and risk management are investigated within Company X. Company X operates in the medical branch as a subcontractor. Due to this a lot of regulations and standards are applicable. Human lives are dependent on the gas distribution systems. All requirements stated by law and wishes of clients need to be structured in such a way that it is easily usable in practice. The main goal of this thesis is to research how risks can be managed in a clear, secure and workable manner throughout the work process of Company X. |
