A strucutured approach towards the selection of a new hard- and software system supplier

Nowadays transportation companies rely on fleet management software to manage, control and analyze their core business. When software is outdated, the decision for a new one is necessary. This thesis describes how a company can find a structured approach using decision making techniques to make a substantiated decision for a new software supplier.
