Abstract: | The extent to which crowdworkers do aspire a job in regular wage employment is observed. To do so variables of Autonomy and Insecurity are tested. Regular Job Aspiration is a phenomenon in the platform eceonomy. Autonomy was proven to have a negative relationship with this aspiration. How these concepts are constructed in this context is explained in the paper. |
