Abstract:Deze thesis richt zich op het analyseren en optimaliseren van een kittingproces bij een logistiek bedrijf. De analyse en optimalisatie vinden plaats op basis van de Lean Management theorieën en de tools die onder deze theorie vallen. Verschillend interventies worden gegeven om de efficiëntie van het proces te verbeteren.
