Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessary requirements, the design, and the performance of situation-aware smart logistics for the perishable food industry. Situation-aware smart logistics is a concept to improve the awareness of the decision maker regarding the condition of the items during the transportation. The designed system has the capability to detect deviation from the normal process and present the deviation to the decision maker to be handled. The ArchiMate design language is used to describe the architecture. The outcome of this project can be used for reducing the time to mitigate exception caused by transportation exception. |
