Abstract:At Odin Groep, supplier performance measurement is currently based on gut feeling. The goal of this research is to develop a system to continually measure supplier performance. This is done through a literature review, an analysis of the goals and requirements for the performance measurement system (PMS), the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their measures. Odin Groep could professionalize her process by following the implementation plan for the implementation of the PMS.
