| Abstract: | In this paper, literature on corporate startups and traditional lean startups is analysed and the standards for creating a successful startup are explained. Furthermore, the differences between the two types of startups are determined. Literature on platforms is analysed to find the principles and tools for developing a platform. The findings of the literature research are applied to Asito’s new platform Tisser. The research has shown that Tisser is not substantially different compared to traditional startups and platforms. |
