Abstract:B2B segmentaion is performed and several critera. Customers Value-in-use is uncommon and not researhed as criteria for B2B segmetantion. This research entails a literature study and case study in the safety demanding industry on how value-in-use can be used for B2B segmentation and designing mathcing value propositions.
