Abstract: | Ecommerce has been outperforming the offline retail market by 10% on average during the last decade. The automotive industry is moving from brick-and-mortar to click-and-order. Spinner technology is a presentation technology that enhances customer experience online. Though, in the Netherlands, it is not yet widely adopted. This thesis identifies the barriers why this technology is not yet widely adopted, and how to overcome these barriers. |
