| Abstract: | The performance management of company X was an unclear process. The production manager had doubts about the current KPIs and the way these were visualized. That is why first the current situation of the company is defined. Secondly a KPI tree is made that structured all the possible KPIs in the company. Then based on the KPI tree, the right KPIs for the company were chosen. For the right selection of KPIs, a dashboard design was made and evaluated in the company. At last, the meeting for performance management in the company is described using BPMN. Based on the KPI tree and the dashboard design, this meeting is improved. |
