Abstract: | As companies grow bigger and direct communication between management and employees at the work floor reduces, it gets more difficult for the management to get an accurate overview of which regions might need some extra attention. Opinion polling amongst employees has been proven useful in this kind of field, but harder to achieve when the company grows bigger. Especially in companies which are divided in various regions/workplaces and where the employees feel more connected with the place they are working than the company they actually work for, which is often the case in cleaning companies such as Asito. This research will be focus on the development of a new application which is capable of doing focussed surveys. The development will be done using a design science methodology. |
