Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to develop a maturity model that enables the evaluation and enhancement of a performance measurements systems lifecycle for the operation and logistics department at an organisation of choice. Focusing on the design, implementation and usage of a performance measurement, success-factors and necessities for each phase are identified to form the maturity model. The success-factors and necessities were first identified in literature before being validated by a single case study. |
