Optimizing mental health care processes through data driven operations management

Pro Juventus is a dutch mental health care provider that provides youth care, general adult mental health care, and specialized adult mental health care. Pro Juventus operates on outpatient basis. This study researched if data from automatically collected electronic health records could be processed to support the primary process of providing mental health care. It concludes the available data was unsuitable and provides an implementation plan to provide useful data analysis in a two year project.
