Data gathering method to measure the effects of resource input on the production process

A complete measuring guide was developed, in order to measure the input and outputs of a continuous flow process. The gathered data is used to calculate KPIs tailored to a washing line for plastic waste. The defined KPIs can be divided into 2 categories: Production Process Related KPIs and Resource Input KPIs.
