Using digital technology to encourage cultural change and positive behaviours : case study of project SunCard

This thesis describes the design process that came as a result of the development of the Project Suncard. This project intends to use positive activities to change the reality, such as volunteerism, sports, cultural, naturalistic and tourist activities offered and developed on the Val di Sole Italy.
