Abstract: | This research explores the feasibility of an automated offline repacking machine at Grolsch. The brewery of Grolsch is completely designed for mass production. With demand shifting towards different packaging configurations, Grolsch is currently required to manually repack part of their SKUs. We investigate both logistically and financially the feasibility of an automated offline repacking machine that eliminates the manual repacking. |
