| Abstract: | A research to find insights that contribute to improving the production adherence at a tyre manufacturing company. In this research we study the literature and finding insights within the organisation by consulting with the stakeholders. We then use the literature to design a tool that provides these insights. This tool can then be used during the planning process to eventually improve the production adherence. |
