Since the start of 2019, Company X has a new digital system that puts mutations automatically into the administration software, if done properly. This process is not going well and is causing a lot of waste and errors. Because of this people get wrong salaries and the personnel administration has a very high working pressure. First, process mappings and descriptions are made to support the administrative employees with their tasks. They currently do not always know what to do and why they do something. Then a data analysis is made to investigate the causes of the poor performances. Processes and activities that have a poor performance are identified, and improvements on these processes are made. Not all improvements will be implemented due to time constraints. A part of the improvement are recommendations towards the organisation.
