Abstract: | The motivation for our thesis is to work on signature algorithms submitted in the NIST competition, presenting a comparative study of Hash-based Signature algorithms - SPHINCS+ and LDWM (Lamport-Diffie-Winternitz-Merkle) concerning their implementation on Infrastructure as either replacement or minor enhancement to the existing cryptosystems. SPHINCS+ is a stateless hash-based N-time signature that has been qualified by round 2 submissions. LDWM is an one-time signature scheme which can be used as a stateful hash-based N-time signature as well. |
