| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the optimisation of CIREX regarding the market shifts they experience. They notice less demand for the automotive, but more demand for the general industry. These shifts involve changes for the company. Therefore, the main research question is: "Which changes does CIREX need to make due to market shifts?". For each department, I identified the bottlenecks and solved them appropriately. |
