Abstract:This report presents the results of a study focused on the different perceptions and use of an engagement app between students and employees. In this report, VIGO is used as engagement app. After 14 interviews with students and employees, the results show that on the one hand, students would be interested in using an engagement app, but do not feel the need to use an engagement app, whereas on the other hand, employees do find an added value in the use of engagement apps, and believe it could have positive contributions to different fields or users, like students.
