| Abstract: | The goal of this study is to identify important values for the client that are related to satisfaction and value-in-use, in order to improve client perceived quality. This information could be useful in achieving better client outcomes. The research question is; What are important values for the client in a home care setting that affect satisfaction? In order to answer the research question, this paper will start with a literature review on the characteristics of client satisfaction, value-in-use and measuring satisfaction. Additionally, several interviews will be conducted to find out what need to be measured to improve the clients’ satisfaction. |
