| Abstract: | This thesis researches automation in the audit industry. Since this industry requires much reasoning, An intelligent process automation(IPA) framework is designed to support the transformation of a manual process to automation. The IPA framework applies the combination of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation. This framework is evaluated by having interviews with experts from an audit company. After the evaluation, a revised framework is created that also considers how to bring awareness into the organisation and how the IPA solution could be implemented. This revised framework is used for a process at the audit company. The outcome, a proposal, is also discussed with experts from the audit company and have been positively assessed. |
