| Abstract: | The assignment request is a result of the increased material flow, towards the production location in Leszno (Poland). The performance of this material flow/supply chain is currently unknown. So the starting point of the assignment is analyzing and visualizing the current material flow/supply chain. This analysis is based on data and stakeholders' analysis. The second phase of the project focusses on potential improvements/alternatives for some scenarios. The first goal of the assignment is to get better insights into the performance of the current supply chain corresponding to the material flow towards Leszno. This performance should be measured based on some key performance indicators (KPIs). The second (main) goal includes alternatives or improvements for the current material flow which can be recommended to the board of the company. |
