| Abstract: | This thesis researches the standardization of cleaning practices in a food supplement wholesaler. The research aims to improve the hygiene and cleaning practices through a risk analysis and a sensitivity analysis. The risk analysis is quantified using KPIs that measure the cleaning performance in the capsuling department of the production. The results include insight in the biggest hygiene risks of the capsuling department of the production and a strategy to reduce these risks. |
