Curing plate problems : production schedule evaluation for assessing equipment availability

Company X, a manufacturer of Product X, is dealing with recurrent reusable Material Handling Equipment (MHE X) shortages, and as a result, production frequently experiences delays. This bachelor thesis project was conducted in an effort to solve this problem. The solution developed during this thesis project is a Discrete-Event simulation based schedule evaluation tool that Company X can use to predict MHE X shortages given candidate production schedules.
