Abstract: | OPRA Turbines is delivering advanced gas turbines technology. Spare parts are essential to minimize the downtime of these gas turbines. Nevertheless, the low demand predictability, the compounded arrivals and the different service preferences lead to the continuous challenge of stocking the right spares. Given the context, we design a solution approach that consists of the trade-off between the inventory risks and the related service performance. |
